Heiruspecs, a five piece instrumental hip hop group from St. Paul, formed in 1997 and have been playing frequently in the area since. The group is composed of Felix (MC), Muad'Dib (MC), Twinkiejiggles (Bass/Guitar), Peter Leggett (Drums), dVRG (Keyboards); Real names Chris Wilbourn, Jon Harrison II, Sean McPherson, and Devon Gray respectively.

Felix and McPherson started the group in high school at St. Paul Central. Later, the two brought their act to Bon Appetit, for the weekly Headspin showcase Sundays until 1999.

Heiruspecs hooked up with the Interlock crew to put out a release in early 2000 called “Antidisestablishmetabolism”, a 21-track album with some very solid funk-inspired beats. Their newest album is "A Tiger Dancing".
